Belated farewell to David McCorkell, our hydrologic technician

This is a belated farewell to David McCorkell, who spent this last year with us at IWRC as our hydrologic technician.  David brought a wealth of talents with him, worked tirelessly in the field on projects related to our high frequency monitoring of lake and weather conditions in Lake Nipissing and the study of the occurrence of harmfull algae blooms, as well as our water cycling studies using stable water isotopes.  David, we are sad to see you go, but thrilled you have landed back with the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency in Aberdeen.   A big congratulations and best wishes from us all!photo 1-3

We welcome Megan Prescott, newly minted with her Masters Degree, as our new hydrologic technician (more photos to come!).
